Processing Time All Love Beam Creations products are personalised and made to order with love. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be created and dispatched. During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.
Shipping within Australia We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: estimated 3-7 business daysafter dispatch
- Express shipping: estimated 1-3 business daysafter dispatch
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Free Local Delivery We offer free local delivery ton these selected postcodes 3977, 3975, 3912, 3978, 3806, 3976, 3980, 3805, 3803 & 3810. Local delivery is available Monday to Friday and orders will be delivered within between 9.00am and 6.00pm.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly via Australia Post.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@lovebeamcreations.com.au. and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
