Return & Exchange Policy

At Love Beam Creations, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items, as these are made specifically for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Once we receive your item, we'll dispatch your replacement promptly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise. Please email us at hello@lovebeamcreations.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
